Confirmation Class at Waleska UMC!
Students in grades 6th–8th are invited to join us for our upcoming Confirmation Class. Confirmation is an opportunity to explore the Christian faith, ask meaningful questions, and discover what it means to follow Jesus!

Confirmation will meet twice a month on Sunday afternoons and will include engaging lessons, trips, fun activities, a retreat, a service project, and more!

Our parent meeting will be Sunday, September 13, at 11:30 a.m. The first Confirmation class will be Sunday, October 4, at 5:00 p.m.

This Saturday, September 5th! Waleska's United Methodist Church is holding a Community Food Distribution in partnership with Never Alone. We will distribute food to those in need.
All counties welcome! serving begins at 9:00 AM and will go on until all food is distributed.

Our annual church picnic is on Sunday, August 30th at 5:30 PM. Bring a chair and a friend, and get ready for food, fellowship, and fun at the robertson's home, 336 Grady street. Bring a side or dessert, the church will provide the entrees and drinks.

Opening Worship this Sunday!
Join Waleska United Methodist Church and Reinhardt University for Opening Worship - a joyful time of worship, music, and fellowship!

🕙 10:30–11:30 a.m.
📍 Falany Performing Arts Center (FPAC)

This special service will feature musicians and preachers from both Reinhardt and Waleska UMC, joining hearts and voices to prepare for the year ahead. It’s an inspiring service that everyone is invited to, and it is a beautiful way to bless students, faculty, and staff as they start the year, and to remind ourselves that we are all part of the story God is writing in this community.

There is a place for you!

Childcare is provided at the FPAC for children.

As a new school year begins, we are praying for our students, teachers, administrators, staff, and families. May God fill each classroom with joy, grant patience and wisdom for the days ahead, and surround every child with love and encouragement. We pray for a safe and wonderful school year!
