Ed Million, one of our many volunteers at Avalon, is one of our safety team members on Sunday mornings. To help promote Father's Day and our "Donuts with Dads" backdrop, Ed was the perfect model wearing all the donut-themed props. The Women's Care Group planned another successful event, our 3rd annual "Girls Just Wanna Have Brunch". 64 women of ALL ages registered for the event and around 14 men helped prepare and serve the delicious food. Connie Jenks, from Jacksonville, Florida was the guest speaker. Fun and fellowship was had by all!!!

One of Avalon's "Love Our City's" monthly events had its 8th visit on Thursday morning, June 4th. Avalonians volunteered to visit the Willow Creek Gracious Retirement Living Facility to fellowship with some of the residents, help with a craft, and serve refreshments! Our next visit will be on Thursday, July 2nd at 10:30am.

Shout out to the leaders of AHG Troop 3106 this year! 🎉

They just ended a very successful year with 5️⃣4️⃣ girls and over 1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ service hours! Thank you to the leaders who have invested in the girls, guiding them to be women of integrity and faithful servants!
