If you’re new to Life, want to learn more about who we are, and are looking to get connected, join us for Beginnings at Life on June 7th.

One of our core values at Life is family, and on June 21st we’ll be celebrating all the dads after service! If you’re a father, we’d love for you to join us as we honor and appreciate you.

Life Virginia Beach is part of a global family of churches through Every Nation. This year, Every Nation is hosting its annual Spirit-Empowered Academy (formerly School of Empowerment) and School of Freedom. God is the greatest example of true fatherhood. It is encapsulated in the fullness of His love and teaches us to be more like Him. God is not only our Creator but also our loving Father, who desires a personal relationship with His children. As once wayward children, we experience that despite our offenses and shortcomings, He welcomes us with loving and open arms. He does not turn away from us but receives us with grace, mercy, and compassion. In His fatherly love, He rejoices in our return and reminds us that we are never too far from His embrace. We learn how to love, to forgive, to be more like Him. The story of the prodigal son is an example of God’s unconditional love for us and how the Father welcomes us back.

Read Luke 15:11-32.
