We had so much fun at our July Community Movie Night and we can't wait for our August one NEXT WEDNESDAY!! If you missed out on our July event, be sure to plan to come to our next Community Movie Night on August 19. Doors open at 5:30 PM and the movie starts at 6:00 PM. We'll also once again have kid-friendly activities and a gift basket raffle, plus a photo booth!

I could not be prouder of everyone from VBUMC and NCUMC this past week. They CRUSHED this week. We had some youth outside to finish the siding with Spacesuit 1, while the rest were inside. The inside crew finished the lower half of the drywall in one room.

We worked hard all day long. We have 2 walls completely finished. The other will be completed tomorrow. We had adults inside working on the insulation and they finished it all up! Ready to go for drywall tomorrow as well! The youth worked outside on siding all day again today.

The youth were outside working on siding all day! We worked and worked getting as much done as possible. The adults were inside working on insulation for the roof. They are killing it out here in Johnson County, Tennessee!

We have finished the two sides!! We are almost done with putting up foam boards on the back side, and we have started siding on there. We also finished putting up j-channel on the front side & started putting up the foam boards.

Johnson County sure is awesome! But so are these hard working kids! Some more siding completed, with a few casualties (broken hammer and measuring tapeโ€ฆ) But a ton more memories! Halfway through the week!
