💧Water Baptism
Water baptism is an important part of New Testament salvation, not just a symbol or church tradition.

Through baptism, we identify with Jesus Christ and become part of His body (John 3:5; Galatians 3:27).

💧How Are We Baptized?

The Bible teaches baptism by full immersion in water. Baptism represents being buried with Christ and beginning a new life with Him (Romans 6:4; Colossians 2:12).

The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, and we respond to it through:
Repentance meaning turning away and dying to our old sinful life.
Baptism meaning being buried with Christ through a watery grave.
Holy Ghost meaning receiving new life through God's Spirit.
This is the message Peter preached in Acts 2:38.

💧Why Baptize in Jesus’ Name?

Jesus commanded His disciples to baptize “in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost” (Matthew 28:19).

We believe that saving name is Jesus (Matthew 1:21).

That is why the Apostles baptized believers in the name of Jesus Christ (Acts 2:38; Acts 8:16; Acts 10:48; Acts 19:5).

We baptize by immersion in Jesus’ name because we are following the example of the New Testament church and identifying ourselves with Jesus Christ.
“There is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.” — Acts 4:12

Elder Tim Hayes thank you for speaking profoundly to our hearts and spirit. We will continue the course set before us.

To all those who OBEYED God and confirmed the divine word of God over our lives. You will never be forgotten.

To our PPD family, you all outdid yourselves. ALL the surprises, the unity, and the eagerness to plow forward is priceless. Thank you for loving us, the God in us, and the vision of this church and ministry. You are truly 100% THE BEST church family in existence.

What a mighty word of encouragement we received tonight.

Powerhouse Praise will never be the same after this germination season. The faithfulness, the loyalty, the love, and every seed we've planted will bear its fruit.

Thank to everyone who came out to celebrate with us on our 10th Pastoral Anniversary.

Nothing will return void, every word spoken was power-packed.
