TOPIC: LIFE CONTROLLED BY THE SPIRIT.

TEXT:Romans 8:5
[5]Those who live as their human nature tells them to, have their minds controlled by what human nature wants. Those who live as the Spirit tells them to, have their minds controlled by what the Spirit wants.
To kill the flesh, you must allow your life and totality to be controlled by the spirit of God.
The HIGHEST forms of living, is a life controlled by the spirit of God.
You cannot please and understand God, without the spirit of God.
It is time we need to remove carnality, emotions, ungodliness and worldliness from our worship, praise, prayer, songs, giving and our sermons.
Any of this render without the spirit of is just mere motivation and entertainment.
Every believer's life should be controlled, managed, governed and dominated by the spirit of God.
Our worship, praise,song, prayer and sermon is empty without the spirit of God.
The transformation power of God is tied to the word of God and the spirit of God.
Your mind cannot be set on things above only without the spirit of God.
We must be led by the spirit of God, to do whatever we are doing not by what would people will say.
To live a life set apart for God, is a life lived by the spirit of God.
You cannot be spirit filled without the word of God and without the spirit of God.
Operate your life and your affairs by the spirit of God.
In conclusion, a spiritual man or woman understand the things of the spirit.

TOPIC: DON'T FORSAKE THE ASSEMBLY.

TEXT: Hebrews 10:25
Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
The church is a body of believers in Christ.
This body does not exist in isolation.
The fellowship of the brethren is one of the foundations of the Christian life.
You cannot be a Christian and you do not fellowship with other believers,they were steadfast in prayer, they were steadfast in fellowship,they were steadfast in the Apostles' doctrine,they broke bread from house to house,they had things in common & they were caring, sharing & giving( Acts 2:42 - 47).
In the fellowship of the brethren, we meet on a particular day to have fellowship together in praise, worship, prayer, the word and other forms of ministrations.
In this, the believer is edified.
Recall, that the totality of God cannot be submitted to an individual, so we sharpen one another in fellowship.
Our fellowship should be mutually beneficial to one another.
But today, we have reversed the order, clergymen are been established at all front at the expense of the individual that make up such denominations.
Our fellowship should not be monotonous rather it should be Spirit controlled.
It is the ground for individual spiritual growth and development.
We listen to the word from the brother that has be chosen to speak, we ask questions which are answered.
The more we are present in fellowship week to week, month to month and year to year, the more knowledge we have about Christ.
Stop making excuses for not been present for the fellowship of the brethren.

TOPIC: I HAVE SOMETHING.

TEXT: Acts 3:6
But Peter said to him, “I have no money at all, but I give you what I have: in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth I order you to get up and walk.
Nobody is created useless or empty but you can choose to be useful and useless.
You have some to offer to this dying world, wake up to reality.
When it comes to receiving and giving, a lot of people centralize it on money and material possessions, that is why the world is in a big mess.
When it comes to the worldly people, their focus is money and material possessions.
When it comes to God's kingdom, if you don't have Christ, you have nothing.
When it come to God spiritual assessment, materials possessions is not achievement to God because we are in this world but we are not of this world.
Remember this, what you are asking from God, might not be what God want to give to you.
Always know the mind of God, when you expecting and giving out.
Every BELIEVER have something more than gold to give to this dying world, his name is JESUS.
Anybody that have JESUS have everything but if you don't have Jesus, you are nothing.
Jesus Christ is the best gift you can ever give to anybody, hopeless and rejected people.
You don't need temporary solution but all you need is permanent solution that is Jesus.
Temporary solution make you to be keep coming and asking but permanent solution gives you direct access to the SOURCE Christ.
Every believer is not empty but the fullest of Christ is complete and perfected in you.
IF YOU CARRY CHRIST, YOU HAVE CARRY THE SOLUTION TO YOUR WORLD.
Jesus in you and me, is more than any treasure of this world.
When you have Christ, you have everything and nothing is lacking but remain focus to the manifestation of his glory to solve people problem.
Jesus Christ is the solution you need and seek, for that problem to be solve permanently.
Every genuine believer in Christ is more than gold.
That means you are more than gold.

TOPIC: RIGHT DECISION.

TEXT: Ruth 1:16
But Ruth answered, “Don't ask me to leave you! Let me go with you. Wherever you go, I will go; wherever you live, I will live. Your people will be my people, and your God will be my God.
There is power in determination and focus.
Ruth's redemption processing started when she made that decision to remain faithful.
Ruth did not give up, don't give up or lose focus because of your present state.
Wherever you want to be tomorrow is determined by the right decision you make today.
In the process of getting restoration & redemption, understand that your faithful SERVICE is needed to achieved that .
You can be exalted by your right decision and you can be killed by your wrong decision.
Right decision can lead to your freedom and wrong decision can enslave you.
Our emotions should not be attached to our decision making, because it will affect us.
Remember this, where you are going is more important than where you are coming from.
Avoid compromise and don't give up your God, belief, visions, dreams, goals and your assignment.
In conclusion, great destiny and great height is achieve by the right decision you make today.

PRAYER: I receive more grace to make that right decision without emotions attached to it, in Jesus Christ name Amen.

TOPIC: WHO DO YOU RELATE WITH?

TEXT: Proverbs 27: 17
says: Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.
It was established that your relationship can either make or mar your life and destiny.
Where you are in life today is a function of the influences around you.
When you hang around negative influences, you cannot go far in life.
On the other hand, when you hang around positive influences, your destiny is guaranteed.
Relate with in order to have a destiny of quality is people who treasure your principles and value your standards in life.
Relate or associate with people who respect your decision not to smoke, drink, or talk against others.
Relate with someone who will respect and protect your decision not to defile the bed during courtship or before marriage.
Relate with someone who will assist you to defend your values.
Relate with someone who will not be a bad influence in your life.
Relate with someone who will not introduce you to a wrong habit or character.
Relate with someone who will not only value you but also respect and protect your values.
Relate with someone who will defend the standards you set for your life.
Beloved, don’t relate with people who don’t respect your values or standards in life.
Do not relate with people whose values are not only contrary but harmful to yours.

PRAYER: Oh lord, help me to keep the right associate, in Jesus Christ name Amen.

TOPIC: HOW TO ESCAPE FAMINE.

TEXT: Genesis 26: 1 -2
There was another famine in the land besides the earlier one during the time of Abraham. Isaac went to Abimelech, king of the Philistines, at Gerar. 2 The Lord had appeared to Isaac and had said, “Do not go to Egypt; stay in this land, where I tell you to stay.
In every famine of life and challenges of life always seek the face of God to know His mind towards what you are going through.
Isaac was in the spirit to get the realm word to escape famine during his time, you need revelational word to escape what you are going through right now.
Don't because of famine to go back to your past of life but push towards your future.
Famine helps to detect who you are putting your trust in either God, human beings or material things.
In the midst of the troubles of life, you have to ask God, what God is saying concerning that situation.
For you to escape your father's bad experience, he has go through life and destiny before, is for you to discover the will of God and remain in the will of God.
Another way of escaping generational evil patterns is listening and obeying God's divine instructions.
No matter the famine do not go to Egypt ( devil) to seek for help but discover the "WORD" of God that will bring healing ,transformation and restoration upon your life and family.
The word of God is the only deliverance and solution from family pattern. Jesus is the word.
