Maybe you’ve been looking for a church. Maybe you stopped looking a long time ago. Maybe you have questions about faith that never seem to fit neatly into the answers you’ve been given.
At St. Mark’s, we believe there is room for you.
Room for your questions.
Room for your doubts.
Room for your story.
Room to explore what it means to follow Jesus alongside people who don’t always think, believe, vote, live, or love exactly alike.
We believe faith is less about having all the right answers and more about learning to love God and one another. We are committed to being a community where All people are fully welcomed, where differences are not something to fear, and where no one has to pretend to have life or faith figured out before walking through the door.
So whether church has always been part of your life, you’ve been away for years, or you’re simply wondering if there might be something here for you, we’d love to meet you.
Come as you are. Bring your questions. There’s room at the table.

What if Jesus’ teaching about conflict isn’t really about punishment, but reconciliation?

What if “treat them as a Gentile and a tax collector” means something radically different when we remember how Jesus actually treated Gentiles and tax collectors?

Join us this Sunday as we discover how love can remove the stones that block the flow of reconciliation.

Jesus asks, “Who do you say that I am?” But our answer is more than something we say; it becomes something we live.
Christ has placed the keys in our hands, not to lock others out, but to open doors of grace, mercy, healing, hope, and love. Join us Sunday @ 10 am!

Go ahead and reach out. Bring your gifts to others. You do not have to be fearless, just faithful. Go where God leads, not fear. The greatest danger is staying tied to the dock. Fear stops all progress, faith makes you believe in yourself again. Fear makes you believe hiding keeps you safe. Fear may prevent you from doing something exciting like going down a 70' water slide. Don't let fear become louder than our faith!! God will always meet us where we are. ROCK- Relying on God's Kingdom. Adventure is out there. Don't let failure define your future. Rescue. Welcome instead of exclude. Take heart, it is I. Do not be afraid. Do not let fear keep God away from you.

A word or phrase that stuck with you from the message @ Sanctuary Campus, 'More Than Enough.'
Stone Soup, Compassion for all, CLAP - Christ loves all people, God's Kingdom = grace, community, compassion, What characteristics sho up in ourselves during crises or difficult situations, Compassion, Communication, Open to possibilities through each other, Fear says to hide whatever you have...Hope says to give whatever you have, God's grace happens when we think we have the least to offer, Stone soup was a good comparison, Jesus doesn't ask them to create the miracle...he asked them to hand out bread, compassion changes lives, Another thing I get out of this story, food is precious. They don't throw the leftovers away.
