Last night, young adult leaders from across the Diocese of Tucson gathered both in person and online for a meaningful first step toward building a stronger network of young adult ministry. We have identified 17 vibrant communities with a shared desire to build community, strengthen connections, and reach out to more young adults. We are excited for what is ahead as we continue building together! 🙏🏼✨

We want to express my sincere gratitude to Fr. Craig Morrison for helping us enter into the journey to Emmaus and to recognize God’s presence along our own journeys, even when, like the disciples, we may find ourselves walking in the wrong direction. Through his reflection, we were reminded that the word of God can hold the longings of our hearts and provide the nourishment we need for the journey.

We are also very grateful to all the volunteers, the Youth Council, and you who were able to join us for this year’s Convocation. Your commitment to serving the young people of our diocese is a great gift to the Church. May the Lord continue to walk with us on the road, open our eyes to recognize his presence, and strengthen us to lead others to him.
