🌊 Prophetic Worship & Intercession at Lake St. Clair 🙏
Yesterday, members of Troy Assembly of God’s Prophetic Worship & Intercession Prayer Hub gathered at Lake St. Clair for a time of worship, prayer, and prophetic declarations over Michigan, our nation, and the nations of the world.
🎺 Worship & Declaration
Through worship, the sounding of the shofar, Scripture reading, and prayer, the group declared, “The Sword of the Lord and the Sword of Michigan!” (Judges 7:20) and “Let God arise, and His enemies be scattered!” Their prayers focused on spiritual renewal, the spread of the Gospel, and a great harvest of souls across Michigan, the United States, and the nations.
🧂 Prophetic Act: A Covenant of Salt
Salt from Israel was released into the waters as a symbolic act of consecration and commitment to honor God, praying that America would remain a nation under God.
🕊️ Prophetic Act: Consecrating the Land
Ten biblical oils were poured out at the water’s edge as a symbolic dedication of the land to the Lord, remembering the historic prayer and dedication at Cape Henry in 1607 and praying for future generations to know and follow Jesus Christ.
📖 “The voice of the Lord is over the waters; the God of glory thunders…” — Psalm 29:3
Our declaration: “So goes Michigan, so goes the nations!”
We believe in the power of prayer, the authority of God’s Word, and the transforming hope of the Gospel. May His glory cover the earth as the waters cover the sea! 🙌
