Great insight. No matter what we do it should be about Jesus and He should be the one that is seen and heard. Unless we truly die to ourselves, it’s still about us. The enemy has really gotten us to focus on the physical flesh instead of the spirit. The best thing we can do is stay in the spirit.

For generations, some of the deepest wounds women have experienced in church have come with a Bible verse attached.

1 Corinthians. Ephesians 5. 1 Timothy 2.

These passages have often been used to silence women and protect systems of male control. But that is not their purpose.

In Ephesians 5, Paul begins with mutual submission. Husbands are called to love like Christ by laying down their lives, not by demanding power.

In 1 Corinthians, Paul is correcting disorder in one church. Earlier in the same letter, he assumes women are praying and prophesying publicly (1 Cor. 11:5). His words cannot be a universal ban on women speaking.

In 1 Timothy 2, Paul addresses false teaching in Ephesus. He tells women to learn, which was radically affirming in that culture. The passage addresses a local crisis, not a timeless command to silence women.

The Bible also gives us Deborah, Huldah, Priscilla, Phoebe, and Junia. Women whom God called, gifted, and used to lead.

When we ignore context, Scripture becomes a weapon instead of good news.
The Bible was never meant to silence women. It was meant to reveal Christ.

Listening to the Arlington Ceremony right now. Saw this post. So grateful praying for family who have lost loved ones in service. America 🇺🇸 was built by them all.

Today we remember the heroes who gave everything for our freedom.
Their courage, sacrifice, and love for this country will never be forgotten.
Honor them. Remember them. Carry their legacy forward. Use the prompt in the comments and upload your Memorial Day Image.

Exodus 13-21-22….And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light to go by day and night (kjv)
The pic was taken April 20, 2026 in Troy, Al. on a deer cam that doesn’t have a flash.
A pillar of light is seen above the deer eating in the front. What you don’t see is the deer in background when you zoom in on his eye, the light is reflecting back!! We zoomed in on this pic for you. No edits have been made except to crop/zoom in on pic.
