FAQ:

▪️ What is DNow?
DiscipleNow is a local event designed to strengthen the youth ministries of the local church. Our goal is to provide a weekend experience that the local church, no matter the size, can bring their youth group to for relationship building and discipleship.

▪️ Who is DNow for?
Any church/youth ministry in the Troy and Pike County area.

▪️ How can a church sign up?
Have your students sign up with their local youth minister at their home church. Reach out to us with the total number of students you plan to bring and their shirt sizes by January 16, 2023.

▪️ How can my church register or get more info?
Email [email protected] or call Jonathan Hornsby at (334) 566-2263.

▪️ Will my child be mixed with other youth groups in host homes and small groups?
No. Each church will be responsible for providing their own host homes (if they elect to do so) and providing their own small group leader for Church Time. Though we will eat, worship, and listen to teaching together, each church will be responsible for their own group for the weekend so their students can connect with each other.

▪️ What does a church do with their free time (1-6pm) on Saturday?
Each church can schedule their own activities during free time. They can do games, a scavenger hunt, service projects, etc. Take this time to schedule something so you students can connect or serve.

▪️ What about Sunday?
We believe each youth group needs to be at their home church on Sunday morning. We recommend keeping your students in their host homes one more night on Saturday so they can attend church together on Sunday morning. Wear your t-shirts to church, sit together as a group, take a group picture, and show your church what a great weekend you had.
