Why does the enemy want you anxious, distracted, and unsettled?

Because if he can shake your focus, he can weaken your faith.

Scripture says he “walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Peter 5:8). He looks for openings—moments where fear replaces faith, where lies replace truth, where emotions override what God has said.

He can’t take your position in Christ—but he will try to disturb your condition.

A restless heart is easier to influence. A distracted mind is easier to deceive. But a believer who is grounded, watchful, and steady in truth is not easily moved.

📖 2 Corinthians 5:7
“(For we walk by faith, not by sight:)”
👉 Will you follow what you see and feel—or trust what God has said even when you can’t see it?

📖 Proverbs 3:5–6
“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
👉 Are you leaning on your feelings—or fully trusting the direction of the Lord?

📖 Hebrews 11:1
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
👉 Will you let unseen truth guide you—or let changing emotions lead the way?

So guard your focus. Stay anchored in God’s Word. And remember—the enemy’s strategy is disruption, but God’s call is stability.

Stay steady. Stay aware. Stay rooted.
