This Sunday, join us for a special one-off sermon as we pause and consider how we’re spending the time we’ve been given. Through Ecclesiastes 3:9–15 (NRSVUE), we’ll reflect on the rhythms, seasons, and moments that make up our lives—and what it means to live them with intention.

If you're 55 or older, join us for our Spark Plugs gathering! We'll start with a potluck dinner at 6:00 PM—just bring a dish to share and your own table service.

Join us tomorrow for the final sermon in Wild Animal Encounters: Volume 2 as we explore “Out of the Mouths of Lions.”

Through Judges 14:5–9 (NRSVUE), we’ll encounter Samson, a lion, and a story that reminds us that God can bring something unexpected—even something sweet—out of the most surprising circumstances.

Help Us Care for Our Littlest Countryside Kids! 💛

Do you love working with children and have a knack for organizing, leading, and bringing people together? Countryside is looking for a Part-Time Childcare Coordinator to recruit, train, schedule, and supervise our childcare team—and occasionally jump in to help when coverage is needed!

This is a flexible position averaging 2–5 hours per week at $15/hour, with childcare primarily needed on Sunday mornings and Wednesday nights. Our childcare serves little ones from 6 weeks to 5 years old, and we’re looking for someone dependable, caring, and ready to help create a safe and welcoming environment for our youngest members and their families.

A background check is required, and the person hired will complete Safe Gatherings training. If you’re dependable, caring, organized, and ready to make a difference in the lives of our littlest members, we’d love to hear from you!

Sometimes God meets us in the places we'd least expect—including the belly of a big fish. 🐋

Tomorrow, Wild Animal Encounters: Volume 2 continues with “Out of the Mouths of Big Fish,” exploring Jonah 1:17–2:10 (NRSVUE).

Jonah's story reminds us that even when we run from God, God doesn't stop pursuing us. Join us as we explore grace, second chances, and what it means to listen when God calls.
