Topeka First UMC and Countryside UMC Young Adults gathered around the bonfire this week for our final event of the spring semester. Over hot dogs and s’mores, we shared stories, reflected on the past year, and talked about the ways we’ve experienced growth, challenge, community, and God’s presence. We are grateful for this group and look forward to staying connected through the summer!

What a JOYFUL Sunday!! Not only was the sermon FANTASTIC, we were so happy to celebrate and honor our pastors. On this Pastor appreciation day, we were so excited to celebrate Lead Pastor Brad Wheeler, Pastor Sandra Nyembo-Fatuma, & Next-Gen Pastor Grace Woods, Pastor emeritus Merris Brady, and Pastor emeritus Mike Chamberlain!  Additionally, our children played the bells with the adult bell choir (both led by Deanna Guzman) and with the sanctuary choir (led by Steve Eubank w/ organist Donna Osborne)! What a fantastic day it was!
