What does water baptism mean—and why is it so important in the life of a new believer?
Join us this Sunday at The Gathering Church as Pastor David Odem shares a special message entitled “New Testament Water Baptism.”
Water baptism is an important step in a new believer’s walk with Christ. Our desire is to paint a clear picture of what Jesus taught and demonstrated about baptism, why He called His followers to be baptized, and how it points to new life in Him.
Whether you are new to the faith, considering baptism, or have followed Jesus for years, come ready to learn and grow. Invite someone to join you!

🌊 “Throw Me The Life Ring!”
What if the person beside you is drowning—and you can’t see it?
People all around us are struggling beneath the weight of misery, hopelessness, sadness, uncertainty, and fear. Some are crying out for help. Others are suffering silently behind a smile.

As Christians, we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus! Will we recognize their struggle, reach out in love, and offer the hope we have in Him?

Join us this Sunday at The Gathering Church, Tomball, as Pastor David Odem brings this challenging message.

What if the One who has the authority to judge you is also the One who gave His life to forgive you?
What is grace—and why do we need it? Grace is God’s undeserved favor: His love and mercy freely given, never earned. We need it because we have all sinned, and no amount of good works can erase our guilt or save us.
Pride. Lies. Anger. Envy. Unforgiveness. Our failures are real—but through Jesus, forgiveness is available. His grace calls us to repent, receive His mercy, and walk in a new life.
Join us this Sunday as Pastor David Odem brings “Grace Upon Grace.” Discover the grace that forgives us and strengthens us to live differently.
“And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.” — John 1:16
