A food donation truck from Latter-day Saint Humanitarian Services came to Cherry Street Mission on Monday! Over 37,500 pounds of food arrived at a time when the organization really needed it. We're grateful for the important work Cherry Street Mission does in our community, and we're excited whenever we get a chance to support them.

Pictured in the first photo are (left to right) Bill Mullins; Kary Jo Gribble, who works at Cherry Street Mission and assisted with the donation; and Kali Sawaya. Bill and Kali serve in local Latter-day Saint congregations.

The need for blood donations is especially critical during the summer months, and our community can make a real difference together. ❤️

Join the 37th Annual Interfaith Blood Drive on Saturday, June 27, from 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church.

For nearly four decades, people of diverse faiths and backgrounds have come together through this annual tradition of compassion and service to help meet the blood needs of our community over the July 4th holiday.

Blood donors, volunteers, and bakers are all needed to help make this event a success. If you are able, please consider giving the gift of life.

To schedule your appointment call 1-800-RED-CROSS or visit RedCrossBlood.org and enter code INTERFAITH

Important note: The last day to donate elsewhere and still be eligible to donate at the Interfaith Blood Drive is April 15.

For more information, contact Devorah Shulamit at 419-356-5280 or [email protected].

Women from Latter-day Saint congregations in the Toledo area gathered today for a service project In conjunction with the US Northeast Area Women's Conference. The fabric scraps are being used as fill for dog beds that our stake Service Missionary Sister Worthington is providing to local Humane Societies through Humane Ohio. Sister Deborah Miller is taking the decorated placemats to Majestic Care of Bryan. Thank you to our stake Relief Society presidency for orchestrating a delightful day of service, sharing and spiritual growth!

Come visit the Cleveland Ohio Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We’d love to have you!

We welcome everyone to come learn about the temple. This includes members of the Church, members of the community, and anyone who just wants to see what a temple is about.

Temples are sacred buildings designed to help God’s children feel close to Him and His Son, Jesus Christ. Once the temple is dedicated, entrance is reserved for members of the Church.
