Today’s the day!! The Free Grab -and-Go dinner at Riverpoint Ministries United Methodist Church! Dinner will be served drive thru style from 5:00-6:00 PM.
It is going to be a delicious meal!!! On the menu is Pork Loin, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Green Beans, bread and cake.

Monday, March 9th (tomorrow) is the day! We will have the Free Grab-N-Go Community Dinner at Riverpoint Ministries United Methodist Church from 5:00-6:00 PM.
On the menu is roasted turkey, dressing, glazed carrots, roll, fruit and cake!! It is sure to be delicious!!!
We are asking that you not take any more meals than you need, due to the popularity of this meal! 😊

Well, yesterday we have kicked off our Capital Campaign to replace many windows throughout our church. This isn't just because we want our church to cosmetically look better. But because we want to take care of God's house for generations to come! It's about being good stewards for what God has given us!

If you would like to support our ministry, you can give digitally by selecting the QR code below, send a check in to the finance office with a note on it titled window fund, or drop by the church and give it to the secretary.

Today (Monday, February 9th) is the day!! Free Grab-N-Go Community Dinner at RiverPoint Ministries United Methodist Church!
We will be serving between the hours of 5:00 - 6:00 PM.
On the menu this evening is Spaghetti with meat sauce, green beans, salad, garlic bread, and cake! This is sure to be a "stick-to-your-ribs" meal on this cold evening! We ask that you not take any more dinners than what you need so that we are able to feed as many people as possible.

After consulting with the leadership team chair and our trustees chair, for the safety of everyone, we have decided to cancel Sunday service (1/25/2026) tomorrow at Riverpoint Ministries United Methodist Church. We feel it will be too risky with the timing and severity that is predicted. This was not a decision that was taken lightly but taken with the utmost thoughts and consideration of all.
So stay home tomorrow, read your Bibles, pray for all those less fortunate, the safety of all, and thank God for your blessings. I’ll see you next week!

Just a reminder RiverPoint UMC Family and Friends,

With the predicted winter event this weekend, I wanted to take a moment to remind everyone of RPMUMC's winter weather policy.
• School Closures:
If Washington Local Schools or Toledo Public Schools are closed on a scheduled TGIW day or a day where other events are planned at the church, TGIW will automatically be cancelled that evening, and any other events on other days of the week will also be cancelled - except the community dinner, which will be determined at that time.
• Level 3 Snow Emergency:
If Lucas County issues a Level 3 emergency, all church activities—including worship—will be cancelled.
• Predicted Weather Concerns:
There may be times when significant winter weather is forecasted. In those situations, the leadership team and I will carefully review the timing and conditions to determine whether a cancellation is necessary, including for Sunday morning worship.
All closures will be communicated through Channel 13, Channel 11 (as available), Facebook, and email.
Please remember that our decisions are always made with the safety and well-being of our entire church family in mind. We must ensure the property is safe and prepared to welcome people—clear walkways and parking lots, adequate salting for ice, a warm building, and functioning facilities are all essential considerations.
Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep everyone safe during the winter months.

Today's the day: RiverPoint Ministries UMC FREE Grab - N- Go Community Dinner. We will serve from 5:00-6:00 PM today (Monday, January 12th).
On the menu tonight is a hearty portion of Chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, applesauce, and cake. This is a great stick-to-your-ribs meal on this cold winter day!
As always, line up in your cars at the back of the church, and we will come out to your car to bring your meals to you.
We ask that you not take any more meals than you need because we want to be able to serve as many people as possible.

Today’s the day… Monday December 8th!!! Riverpoint Ministries United Methodist Church will have their Grab -N- Go free community dinner from 5:00-6:00 pm.
On the menu tonight is ham, loaded mashed potatoes, a veggie, applesauce, roll and a piece of cake.
This meal is going to be a busy one so please be patient with us as we get everyone served and we ask that each car not take any more meals then what they need so that we can be sure everyone is served.

THIS SATURDAY ONLY!!! RiverPoint Ministries UMC - 2862 131st Street will be having their HOMEMADE Christmas Cookie and Candy Sale. This will take place from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. They will take walk-in customers but if you would prefer you can call to place an order (this will guarantee you get some cookies) and it will be ready for you to pick up on Saturday, December 13th between the times listed. Our phone number is 419-726-1888.

A plate of a variety of cookies are $10.00 for a bakers dozen!
