Sunday Recap

Sermon Text: 1 Peter 2:1-10

Title: Lead Me to the ROCK!

Speaker: Pastor Daniel R. Merritt Jr.

When we get saved, baptized, and make the decision to follow Jesus, our journey is just beginning.

We find ourselves always stretching ourselves toward the ROCK! The Rock is JESUS who is the cornerstone of our faith journey. It’s Jesus that makes intercession for us when we don’t have the words, Jesus speaks to the father on our behalf!

As we go through life’s tests, trials, and disappointments the life of a Christian, a new Christian(BABE), or a church elder is always looking, learning, and leaning towards the ROCK!

Somebody pray with us, God guide me to the cross, order my steps in your word, if I stumble help me get back on track, if I fall help me get back on my feet, and most of all LEAD ME to the ROCK!!
