I was just setting here doing my devotions, and this thought came to me...Not everyone you invite to church will come, and that’s okay. Your job is not to make the seed grow; your job is to plant it.
Keep inviting. Keep reaching. Keep loving people. Keep sharing what Christ has done in your life.
Some seeds may not grow right away, but never underestimate what God can do with a seed you faithfully planted. What you plant today may become someone’s harvest tomorrow.

Some plant, some water, but God gives the increase. 1 Corinthians 3:6

We are seeing Pastors fall and battle all across the world... please take a moment today and pray for your pastors.
Encourage them. Support them. Keep them accountable. Stand beside them.
Pastors carry a lot that people may never see. They need prayer, encouragement, and godly people around them who will love them enough to speak truth and help them stay on the right path.
Don’t just expect your pastor to pour into you, take time to pour into your pastor. As your Pastor my heart goes out to all pastor called by God.

Good morning family: Let us passionately encourage the church to come together, because there is power in unity, strength in fellowship, and growth when we gather in the presence of God. We were never meant to walk this journey alone. Let us make meeting together a priority, lifting one another up, praying together, and strengthening one another in faith.

Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. Galatians 6:2

This means we are not meant to walk through life alone. When someone is struggling, hurting, or overwhelmed, we help carry the load rather than criticize or abandon them.

Here is a thought for the day. Let your words be seasoned with grace.
Colossians 4:6

Our words matter, especially when we represent the church. We are speaking about God’s people, so our words should build up rather than tear down. We can speak truth without being harsh, correct without being condemning, and address problems without dishonoring people.
Before we speak, we should ask: Is it true? Is it necessary? Is it gracious? Does it represent Christ well?
Seasoned words don’t avoid truth they deliver truth with love.

Hey friends listen up...It’s not time to back down. The devil is waiting at your door, looking for a crack so he can squeeze his way in.
Sometimes it only takes one thought for you to bite the bait. One thought can turn into a temptation, one temptation into a choice, and one choice can open a door you never intended to walk through.
I know because I’ve taken the bait many times in my life. I’ve made choices I wish I could go back and change. I wish I would have fought harder. I wish I would have recognized the enemy’s trap before I reached for what he was offering.
But I’ve learned something: regret cannot change yesterday, but surrender to God can change tomorrow.
So today, I’m not backing down. I’m not giving the enemy a crack in the door. I’m guarding my mind, guarding my heart, and fighting for what God has placed in my life.
Don’t take the bait. Don’t entertain the thought. Don’t open the door.
The enemy may know your weaknesses, but God knows your purpose.
Stand firm. Fight harder. Guard the door. And when the enemy comes knocking, let him find no place in you.

Word of encouragement from OCC on words.

Keep supporting your church and the people God has placed around you. Don’t allow gossip, negativity, or bad talk to come from your tongue. Remember, the power of life and death is in the tongue. Speak life, encouragement, hope, and truth. Build people up instead of tearing them down. What you speak can either bring healing or cause hurt, so choose your words wisely.
