Yesterday was another great Sunday at Landmark Church of God!

Pastor Kevin brought us the Word in both services. Sunday morning, his message came from Matthew 6:33 and Proverbs 3:5—a reminder to seek God first and trust Him instead of trying to figure everything out on our own.

Sunday evening, he preached from Matthew 26:40–42, reminding us of the importance of prayer, staying spiritually awake, and being willing to say, “Not my will, but Yours.”

Happy Labor Day from Landmark Church of God!

Today we are thankful for the hardworking hands that serve our families, our church, and our communities every day. So many things we enjoy are possible because somebody, somewhere, was willing to work hard.

Whatever your plans are today, we pray you enjoy a little rest, spend time with those you love, and take a moment to thank God for the blessings He has given us.

No matter what our job may be, we can use it to honor Him.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23

Landmark’s Back to School Bash did NOT disappoint!

What a fun afternoon from beginning to end! From registration to Bingo, Bible Study, water slide time, the bouncy house, and finishing it off with a hot dog supper bag. We had a BLAST!

There were smiles, laughter, soaked kids, soaked adults, lots of fun, and most importantly, time spent learning about Jesus.

A special thank you to Nina Price for her organization skills and all the work she put into making sure everything came together! Nina, we appreciate you and all you did to help make this day such a success!

A HUGE thank you to everyone who helped plan, prepare, serve, teach, supervise, clean up, donate, or work behind the scenes. It takes a lot of helping hands to make an afternoon like this happen, and we appreciate every single one of you!

Thank you to all the parents and families who brought your children to spend the afternoon with us. We loved having them!
