The community is invited to First Baptist Church of Sylvester for a Prayer Gathering, Tuesday, April 28th specifically for the purpose of asking God to bless our community and state with the gift of RAIN. We are called to come before the Throne to obtain grace and mercy in time of need. Our requests may not be limited to rain, but certainly we can petition God for His mercy and provision in this area. May we come humbly.

Part of our Spring Revival with Tim Oliver will feature Lunch & Learn segments. The times are Monday (March 23rd) & Tuesday (March 24th), 12 noon to 1 pm. A new semester of Grief.Share will be offered March 10th-June 2nd. The times are 6-8 PM each Tuesday. Griefshare is a grief recovery support group where you can find help and healing for the hurt of losing a loved one.
