“The body is not hidden from the soul, nor is the soul hidden from the body, and yet the soul is not for everyone to see.”

Morning Blessing

May this morning remind you
of the beauty of being needed
and the joy of being wanted.
May you recognize the difference
between giving from love
and giving from exhaustion.
May you leave enough
of your tenderness
to nourish your own heart.
May someone offer you the kindness
you so naturally extend to others.
May you remember that even
the hands that hold the world
deserve to be held.
And may love find its way
back to you in a form
you can recognize.

Beautiful message

It's a blessing to be caring,
In a world that's become so cold
We should always carry empathy
For living beings, young and old.

If we only thought about ourselves,
Just imagine how things would be,
Without balance in our daily lives,
There would be no justice, no harmony.

It's not about having to fend for ourselves,
There's a broader horizon out there,
And to make this world a kinder place
Is to open our eyes and care.

In a world of ever changing values,
We must engage our heart and mind,
And look out for one another,
Because, it's imperative to be kind ..

Just spoke to me. Sending out ❤️🙏🏻💕🕊️

The Spirit That Remembers the Dawn

Before the first river learned its name,
our grandmothers listened to the whispers of the earth.
They said every heartbeat carries a story,
and every soul is a path walked by those before us.

The wind does not speak in words,
yet it teaches the trees how to stand.
The fire does not hold a voice,
yet it reminds the lost that warmth still remains.

I carry the songs of the old mountains within me,
the prayers of ancestors beneath my footsteps.
Like the morning sun returning after the longest night,
the spirit finds its way back home.

We are not separate from the land,
we are the breath of the soil, the memory of the sky.
The Creator placed wisdom in every living thing,
so we may learn patience from the river
and courage from the rising flame.

May we walk gently upon this sacred path,
with gratitude in our hands and peace in our hearts.
For those who remember where they come from
will always find the light that guides them forward.

May your dreams be stronger than your fears,
and your hope be deeper than your doubts.
May your soul walk barefoot
unafraid of the unknown path.
May you trust yourself,
for every great beginning
once trembled like a whisper,
and still dared to speak.
The world is waiting for what
only you can imagine into being.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Reverend Deidre! She was so kind, helpful, and put so much love and energy into every part of planning our ceremony. On our wedding day, she provided such a calming and comforting presence and truly went above and beyond in every aspect. We are so grateful she was part of such a meaningful day in our lives, and we will always appreciate the love and care she put into making our ceremony so special.

With thanks and love

Morning Blessing

May you wake willing to be surprised
by someone you thought you understood.
May you listen long enough to hear
what lives beneath another person's words.
May you leave room for people,
including yourself, to change.
May an old certainty loosen enough
to let a new thought breathe.
May you remember that changing
your mind can be a form of growing.
And may today make your world
a little larger than it was yesterday.

Morning Blessing

May this day give you reasons
to trust yourself a little more.
May you speak to yourself
with the same understanding
you offer someone you love.
May your plans leave room
for the beautiful interruptions
of being alive.
May you remember that
progress has many shapes,
including simply beginning again.
May your curiosity keep
one small window open in your mind.
May sacred reciprocity be the way
you walk in this world.
And may something you cannot plan
become the best part of your day.
