Our adults just finished a series on the Book of ACTS, and we thought, you know what? Our kids need to learn about the early church too! So starting tonight in Kidz Rock-Rock Life, we are starting a series on ACTS! See ya at 6:45!

Objective: What were the first Christians like?
This series is an in-depth look at the book of Acts. Acts is short for “Acts of the Apostles.” Apostles were those who had witnessed Jesus rsthand and began spreading his word and building
the first churches through the Holy Spirit even though sometimes they faced big challenges.

Series Verse: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you. Then you will tell people about me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria. ” Acts 1:8

HEY KIDZ ROCK FAMILIES!
Prayer for Students and Teachers on the First Week of School

Heavenly Father,
We come before You with grateful hearts as a new school year begins. Lord, we lift up every student and every teacher stepping into classrooms this week.

For the students, we ask for peace in their minds, joy in their hearts, and courage to learn and grow. Protect them from fear, anxiety, and distraction, and let them feel Your presence guiding their steps. May their friendships be uplifting, their efforts fruitful, and their lives shine with Your light.

For the teachers, we pray for wisdom, patience, and strength. Lord, anoint them with creativity and compassion to nurture every child in their care. Remind them that their labor is not in vain, but a holy calling to shape lives and build futures.

Bless the classrooms with unity, kindness, and respect. May this school year be filled with growth, discovery, and Your abundant grace. And through it all, let Your love be the foundation of every lesson taught and every lesson learned.

We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus.
Amen.

NEW SERIES FOR AUGUST & SEPTEMBER IN Kidzrockctr ON SUNDAYS!

The jungle is filled with areas of mystery and excitement that are still unexplored. In this series, we will study stories in the Bible that even our most seasoned church kids will find new and unexplored. Along the way, they will learn valuable lessons about how to navigate through the jungles of life.

Our objective in this series is that Kids will learn God is our guide through the jungles of life.
Memory Verse: “Guide me in your truth. Teach me. You are God my Savior. I put my hope in you all day long.” Psalm 25:5 (NIrV)

Kidz Rock's July Series is "Donuts & Disciples." Kids will learn that becoming disciple's means admitting we are sinners & need God's help, letting Jesus change our desires, putting God & others ahead of ourselves, & that we will be bold for Jesus. July will be filled with learning this is the "Sweet Life of Following Jesus" :)

Tonight in Kidz Rock-Rock Life, we wrapped up our series on the Armor Of God. It just so happened it was boys night, (not sure where all the girls were) so they had a blast!
Next week we start the Fruit Of The Spirit.

Early in the morning, the tomb was EMPTY! Jesus had risen! Because He is alive, we have hope and can have a forever friendship with Him.

Day 7: Saturday – Waiting & Trusting
Scripture: Matthew 27: 62-66

💡 Reflection:
Jesus’ body was placed in a tomb, and a large stone was rolled in front of it. His followers were sad, but they didn’t know the amazing surprise coming next!

🎨 Activity:
Roll a stone across the floor and imagine how big the stone in front of Jesus’ tomb was. Talk about how His friends must have felt.
