At this year’s Hometown Celebration, we’re proud to bring “The Longest Table” to Logan County.
We live in a time where real connection can feel hard to find. Neighbors don’t always know each other anymore. Shared meals and gathering together have become rare. But sometimes, all it takes to rebuild community is one long table, good food, and an open invitation.
The Longest Table began in 2022 with one simple idea: bring people together to share a meal and conversation. Since then, communities in 30+ cities across the country have joined in gathering in parks, streets, libraries, and public spaces to remember what community truly feels like.
Now it’s our turn.
Join us for a FREE community meal at Noon as we come together at The Longest Table right here in Sterling. No agenda, Just neighbors, friends, families, and community sharing a meal together.
