REFRESH is a place designed just for you - a ministry woman - to find refreshment for your spirit, mind and body and to connect with other ministry women. This will be a place to find resources and build relationships that will encourage you in your unique ministry role. We are affiliated with the Southern Missouri Network of the Assemblies of God and the National Women's Department of the Assemblies of God.

There can be a quiet pressure in ministry to prove that we belong (sometimes in our own minds).
To prove we're capable.
To prove we're called.
To prove we're doing enough.
To prove we're making a difference.
But your calling isn't something you have to constantly defend or prove. It's something you faithfully steward.
Some seasons will be visible and fruitful. Others will feel quiet and hidden. Neither determines whether God is using you.
Faithfulness doesn't always make noise.
Keep showing up. Keep loving people. Keep doing the next thing God has placed in front of you and leave the results with Him.

So valuable that God paid attention to every single detail when He made you—and gave His very best to keep you.

You were created intentionally. Designed with purpose. Fearfully and wonderfully made.

So today, don’t measure your worth by how productive you’ve been, how well you’re doing, what someone else thinks of you, or even what you think of yourself.

Your value was settled by the One who created you.

Walk into this week knowing who you are and Whose you are.
