Some seasons of leadership feel more like valleys than mountaintops. The decisions are harder, the energy is lower, and it can feel like everyone else has it figured out except you…

But here’s what’s true: when Jesus is your Shepherd, even the hard places become holy ground!

The valley isn’t a sign that you missed it. It’s not punishment. It’s not proof that you’re not qualified. The valley is often where God does His most intimate work, where He strips away what we were carrying that was never ours to carry, and reminds us who is actually in charge!

You’re not stuck. You’re being shaped, sis!

Keep leading. Keep showing up. The Shepherd who called you into this hasn’t left you in it alone! 🫶🏽

The world walks right past what God stops to notice.

A dandelion in the grass. A quiet act of kindness no one saw. A prayer whispered in an empty room. A woman on her knees.
We spend so much energy trying to be seen. But humility isn’t about making yourself invisible. It’s about making Him visible!

When you stop reaching for the spotlight and start reaching for the ground, something shifts. You become harder to uproot. More deeply connected to the Source.
More like Jesus, who washed feet and touched lepers and sat with the overlooked.
Humility doesn’t shrink you. It positions you!

Some prayers aren’t microwave prayers… they’re crockpot prayers. 🤍

Slow. Quiet. Unseen.

The kind where God is still working even when nothing seems to be changing yet. The kind that takes time to soften hearts, build character, deepen faith, and prepare things the right way.

We love quick answers, but God often does His deepest work slowly.

So if you’ve been praying and waiting, don’t lose heart. Just because it’s taking time doesn’t mean God forgot. Something beautiful is still cooking!

Some seasons she is planting. Some seasons she is waiting. Some seasons she is finally watching it all bloom. But in every single one, God has been faithful over her life the way a mother is faithful over her child. Tender. Present. Unwilling to let go. Today we honor every woman who has loved the way God loves. Fiercely. Quietly. Sacrificially. Joyfully. Happy Mother’s Day to every woman walking with Jesus in whatever season she finds herself in today.

Spend enough time with Jesus and the same thing happens! People can tell. It’s in the way you love, the way you lead, the way you stay when it gets hard!
You were never meant to walk through this life and leave no mark. Stain something with his love, sis! We are praying for you today!!
