Today in Preschool, we learned about Elijah and the widow. When there was no rain and very little food, God took care of Elijah, the widow, and her son. Preschoolers learned that we can trust God no matter what happens because God’s got it.

Today in Elementary, we learned about the time Jesus and His disciples were caught in a wild storm on the Sea of Galilee. While the disciples were afraid, Jesus showed that God is never asleep to our needs and is always in control. Kids were reminded that they can trust God, even when life feels scary or uncertain.

Today in Elementary, we learned about Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. When they were told to worship a golden statue, they chose to stand for what was true! Even when it was dangerous. God was with them in the fire, reminding us that we are never alone when we choose to do what is right.

Today in Preschool, we learned how God made a way for His people through the sea. When Moses and the Israelites were trapped with water in front of them and Pharaoh’s army behind them, God showed them the way to go. Preschoolers learned that they can trust God to lead them too.

Today in Preschool, we learned about Jonah. Jonah ran the other way when God told him to go to Nineveh, but God was still with him. Even inside the belly of a big fish, Jonah prayed and talked to God.

Our Preschoolers learned that they can always talk to God too.

Story Focus: I can always talk to God.

Today in Elementary, we learned about Samuel and the night God called out to him. Samuel didn’t know God’s voice at first, but with Eli’s help, he learned to listen and respond.

Kids learned that they can ask God to speak to them too.

Bottom Line: I can ask God to speak to me.

Today in Preschool, we learned about Joseph and how God was with him through every up and down. Joseph was taken far away to Egypt, worked in an important house, spent time in jail, and later helped Pharaoh prepare for a famine. Through it all, God was with Joseph wherever he went.
