Congratulations and blessings to Pastor Ken Tegtmeier on his retirement after 44 years of ministry! Pastor Ken served many calls in the synod, most recently at Peace Lutheran in Steeleville, where he was given a lovely retirement reception on Sunday. Pastor Kristen was honored to attend and offer the prayer of Thanksgiving for the conclusion of Pastor Ken’s call and retirement.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit” (Matthew 28:19). To be baptized and taught to follow Jesus is to be invited into a relationship of love. Pastor Kristen had a wonderful Trinity Sunday celebrating with the community of disciples at St. John’s, Bartonville.
