Take your best shot for a chance to win ONE FREE FAIR PARKING PASS AT SACRED HEART, valid for all nine days of the Clay County Fair. (One lucky winner will be the family whose guess comes closest to the sunflower’s recorded height, measured to the nearest 1/2 inch.)

*One entry per family. If more than one guess is submitted, only the first entry will count. Edited or deleted entries will be disqualified.

We had a pretty impressive visitor at Sacred Heart this afternoon! 🦅

Hawks are known for their incredible vision, strength and watchfulness — a beautiful little reminder to keep our eyes lifted and notice the wonder of God’s creation all around us. ❤️✨

Fun fact: Hawks can see up to 8 times better than humans, allowing them to spot even the smallest movements from high above! (see the squirrel?!)

We have a feeling this one had a pretty good view of afternoon pickup!

Our online spirit store is officially OPEN!

Student pullovers and sweatshirts are uniform approved and may be worn to school over a uniform polo. They’re also available for parents, grandparents, alumni, and all members of our Sacred Heart community who want to show their school spirit!

We are beyond thankful and incredibly blessed to receive People’s Choice Gold in Childcare for the second year in a row! 🏆💛

This recognition belongs to our amazing staff, wonderful families, and supportive community. We are truly grateful for each and every one of you. What a blessing it is to do what we love every day! Thank you for your continued trust! 💙✨

Friday was Mrs. VerMulm's Annual Kindergarten Gingerbread Man Day! 🍪

Her students decorated cookies, but after recess, they discovered the Gingerbread Men had run away! They followed clues around the school and finally found them back in our classroom.
They ate their feet first so they couldn’t escape again! 😋

We also read The Gingerbread Man and decorated our own with colorful noodles to take home!

Help Sacred Heart welcome fairgoers and raise funds during the Clay County Fair, September 12–20! 🚜🎡

Volunteers will collect $6 parking fees and direct drivers to available spaces—no valet parking required. Two-hour shifts are available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day, with two adults (18+) needed at each gate.

August 24 was the 1st day of School at Sacred Heart - and we’re officially back in action! 🎉

Backpacks were packed, pencils were sharpened, and smiles were everywhere. 📚✏️
