🔥 WHAT HAS YOUR MIND HAS YOUR DIRECTION.

Colossians 3 gives us a powerful instruction: “Set your minds on things that are above.”

You can’t always control what happens around you, but you can choose what gets your attention, shapes your thinking, and directs your life.

When you’ve been raised with Christ, you’re called to live from a higher perspective.

Not consumed by what’s temporary.
Not controlled by what you see.
Not defined by what’s happening around you.

Seek what is above. Set your mind on Christ. Live from where your life is hidden—with Him.

Sometimes the shift you’re praying for begins with changing what you’ve been focusing on.

⬆️ Higher focus. Higher thinking. Kingdom perspective.

🔥 WE’RE PRAYING FOR MORE THAN A BREAKTHROUGH. WE’RE PRAYING FOR FORMATION.

Paul’s prayer in Colossians 1 is powerful because he doesn’t just ask God to change circumstances. He asks God to fill His people with wisdom, understanding, strength, perseverance, patience, and fruitfulness.

That’s a deeper prayer.

Not just, “Lord, get me out.”
But, “Lord, grow me while I’m in it.”

Not just, “Lord, open the door.”
But, “Lord, prepare me to walk through it well.”

Not just, “Lord, bless me.”
But, “Lord, make my life fruitful.”

And so, this is our prayer over you today:

May you know His will.
May you walk worthy of the Lord.
May your life bear good fruit.
May you be strengthened for what you’re carrying.
May you have perseverance for the process.
And may you never forget that the Father has already qualified you for your inheritance in Christ.

Praying you had a great week. Just a reminder — this Sunday, September 6th, is Sabbath Sunday. There is no gathering at the building. Rest.
I’m praying for those of you traveling to see family, and for those of you resting — that God would refresh you and pour into you so you can finish strong. Thank you, everyone, for your service, your giving, and your commitment to helping us fulfill our kingdom assignment.
I pray Philippians 4:19 over your life and your family:
“And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”

🔥 FEAR LOSES ITS POWER WHEN YOU REMEMBER WHO HAS THE FINAL WORD.

We can spend so much of life afraid of people’s opinions, failure, our past—even death.

But Jesus settled the ultimate fear when He got up from the grave.

The resurrection declares that death, hell, sin, shame, and guilt do not have the final word. Jesus does.

And if He has authority over the grave, what are you facing today that is greater than Him?

You don’t have to live imprisoned by fear or condemned by your past. The risen Jesus has already demonstrated His authority over both.
