Sheridan First Baptist Church Sheridan First Baptist Church started as a Mission Church in the Spring of 2007 in the heart of the small farming community of Sheridan, Indiana.

Located in the small town of Sheridan, Sheridan First Baptist Church is a family of believers, bound together by the love of Jesus Christ. We exist to love and glorify Him, and to extend God’s invitation of mercy to the community around us.

We’re excited to welcome Rashad Cunningham to preach at Sheridan First Baptist Church this Sunday!

Rashad serves as the Spiritual Formation and Community Pastor at Church@Main, where he equips believers for relational discipleship that extends beyond Sunday services and into everyday life.

A native of central Indiana, Rashad has a passion for helping people follow Jesus through authentic relationships and for building bridges across racial, cultural, and denominational lines. He and his wife, Brittany, have a daughter, Genesis, and a granddaughter, Selah, who knows him as “PoppaShad.”

We’re excited to welcome Jon Lowe to preach at Sheridan First Baptist Church this Sunday!

Jon has spent the past 15 years as a church planter, developing leaders and helping people take their next steps in following Jesus. Most recently, he served eight years as the founding pastor of North Circle Church in Westfield.

Jon is passionate about helping people encounter Jesus, grow as disciples, and see how God can use ordinary people to make an extraordinary impact. He and his wife, Megan, have three high schoolers: Ava, Jay, and Gavin.
