Every woman who's ever walked into one of my trainings carried this same voice.

The one that says you don't have enough credentials.
The one that says someone else can teach this better.
The one that says wait until you're ready.

And every single one of them...
left having proven that voice wrong.

What I've learned in years of holding this work:

Sound healing was never about being the most experienced person in the room.

It's about being willing to share something that already moved through you. And trusting it will move through someone else too.

If you've been feeling the pull to lead this, the August Level 1 Training in Sedona was made for exactly the woman this resonates with.

Three days in person. The instruments. The science. The space-holding that turns a sound bath into a sound healing.

Drop SOUND in the comments or send me a DM and I'll send you the details.

Where do you feel it in your body?

Most of us were taught that emotions live in the mind. But the body keeps the score.

When something is unprocessed, it doesn't disappear. It settles into the place that's been holding it for you.

Grief in the lungs.
Fear in the kidneys.
Anger in the liver.
Heartbreak in the chest.
Stress in the gut.
Suppression in the throat.

The good news: the body that learned to hold it can also learn to release it.

And breath is one of the simplest, most accessible tools we have.

Save this carousel and come back to it the next time something feels stuck.

Or comment BREATH and I'll send you my full breath reset practice. 🌿

There was a time in my life when I would avoid difficult conversations.
Who doesn’t, right? It’s definitely not easy!

It wasn’t because I didn’t care; it was because I was afraid of conflict, of being misunderstood, or of what might happen if I spoke my truth. Sometimes it felt easier to walk away than to stay and navigate the discomfort.

What I’ve learned is that avoiding the conversation doesn’t create peace. It often creates distance.

The version of me that exists today understands that hard conversations are part of healthy relationships.

They are invitations for deeper understanding, clearer boundaries, and greater connection.

But I’ve also learned that how we have the conversation matters. When we approach it from a dysregulated nervous system, hurt, fear, or defensiveness often takes the lead.

When we take the time to regulate, connect with ourselves, and get clear on our truth, we can show up differently. Not to be right or to win, but to be honest.

If we continually avoid the conversations that need to be had, we become part of the problem too.

Growth asks us to stay.

To listen and to speak our truth AND to have the courage to be seen. Like and save this reel for when you need a reminder it’s okay to speak your truth!

save this for the day you forget that rest isn't something you have to earn.

it's something you're allowed to need. ❤️

The more I learn about the body, healing, emotions, and the nervous system…
the more I believe so much changes when we learn how to breathe intentionally.

Not just shallow survival breathing.
But conscious breathing that brings you back into your body.

I’ve seen breath help people release emotion, calm anxiety, feel safer in their body, reconnect to themselves, and move energy that’s been stuck for years.

It sounds simple.
Because it is.

But simple doesn’t mean insignificant.

Your breath impacts your nervous system, your mind, your emotions, your energy, and the way you experience life.

Sometimes the shift we’re searching for starts with slowing down long enough to take a full breath.

Save this for the moments you need the reminder. 🌿

Imagine being held.

Not by your to-do list. Not by what's expected. Not by anything you have to think about.

Just by water. And sound.

This is what we're creating in Phoenix and Sedona this June.

A floating sound healing. A unique fusion of sound bath and floating on the water. Float effortlessly on a beautiful floating mattress as crystal sound frequencies wash over you, guiding you into deep relaxation and release.

Phoenix: Friday, June 12 · 7:00–8:00 PM
Sedona: Wednesday, June 25 · 6:30–7:30 PM
$45 per person. Space is limited.

Certain words linger long after the session ends…

Every message, every review, every shared experience reminds me why I love this work so much.

I’ve watched women walk into sessions carrying stress, grief, burnout, anxiety, emotional heaviness, and more…and leave feeling lighter, more grounded and connected to themselves again.

That’s what this work is about for me.

I simply hold the space. The body and the sound do the rest!

You don’t just hear sound…
you feel it.

And sometimes what you feel isn’t always “relaxing.”

That doesn’t mean it’s not working.

It means something is shifting within you.

Sound has a way of bypassing the mind
and speaking directly to the body. Remember you are 72% water too!

And what I’ve seen over and over again, is that when we allow ourselves to receive it fully…it changes us.

If you’ve ever been curious about sound healing or felt something move through you during a session…
you’re not imagining it.

Your body knows.

If you feel called to go deeper into this work,
I offer trainings and mentorship for those ready to explore it.

Grief and love…
Light and dark…
Anger and gratitude…

Two emotions that can be held at the same time and both can be equally true.

I’ve been realizing just how many completely opposite emotions can exist in the same space at the same time because I’ve been moving through a grieving process of my own.

One moment I feel sadness, and the next I feel gratitude.

Sometimes anger and then true peace. And sometimes all of it within the same hour.

And I think this is where many of us struggle because we’ve been taught that certain emotions are “bad” emotions.

That if we’re grieving, we should move on. If we’re angry, we should calm down.

If something feels heavy, we should fix it as quickly as possible.

But what if the emotions themselves aren’t the problem?

What if they’re trying to show us something?

Maybe healing isn’t about getting rid of certain emotions, maybe it’s about learning how to listen to them differently.

Can you relate to holding two completely opposite emotions at the same time?

Some days it's not your mind that needs the answer.

It's your body asking for relief.

Save this for the next time everything feels too tight to think clearly.

Comment PRIVATE if your body is asking for support.

I’ll reach out and we’ll take the next step together.
