🇺🇸 25 Years Later — We Remember September 11

On Friday, September 11, 2026, we pause to remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, the courage of first responders, and all who have served our country in the years since.

We invite you to join Pastor Ken at Sarasota’s 25-Year Commemoration of September 11 – AMERICA 250:

📍 Patriot Plaza at Sarasota National Cemetery
🗓 Friday, September 11
⏰ 5:00–6:15 PM
📍 9820 State Road 72, Sarasota, FL 34241

The commemoration will include personal testimonies, First Responder Rites of Passage, music, the Tolling of the Bell, and opportunities to honor those who died on September 11, 2001.

🔔 In remembrance, the St. Armands Key Lutheran Church carillon will also ring at the times marking each of the four attacks on September 11.

As the bells ring, we invite you to pause and pray for the victims, survivors, first responders, military families, and all who continue to serve our country.

25 years later, we remember. We honor. We pray. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Sometimes making a difference starts with something as simple as filling a grocery bag.

Our Community Service Ministry invites you to support the Nourish to Flourish Food Drive by picking up a brown bag in the Narthex and filling it with non-perishable food items for neighbors in our community who need a helping hand.
