This coming week, Jesus shines!
And there has not arisen a prophet since in Israel like Moses, whom the Lord knew face to face, none like him for all the signs and the wonders that the Lord sent him to do in the land of Egypt. Deuteronomy 34:1-12
Consider Jesus, the apostle and high priest of our confession, who was faithful to him who appointed him, just as Moses also was faithful in all God’s house. For Jesus has been counted worthy of more glory than Moses—as much more glory as the builder of a house has more honor than the house itself. Hebrews 3:1-6

God’s Word for the new week:
Joseph said to his brothers (who sold him to Egypt’s slavery!), “God sent me ahead of you to preserve you as survivors on the earth, and to keep you alive by a great act of deliverance. So it was not you who sent me here, but God, and God has made me a father to Pharaoh, lord over his entire household, and ruler over the whole land of Egypt.” Genesis 45:3–15
Just as everyone dies because we all belong to Adam, everyone who belongs to Christ will be given new life…. Christ was raised as the first of the harvest; then all who belong to Christ will be raised when he comes back. 1 Corinthians 15:21–26, 30–42
The Son of God promises, “Love your enemies, do good, and lend expecting nothing in return…. You will be acting the way children of the Most High act, for he is kind to ungrateful and wicked people. Be compassionate just as your Father is compassionate.” Luke 6:27–38
