Our Mission is to develop a religious and cultural foundation with unity and commitment, while serving God, our Church, and our Assyrian Nation. We welcome all children, ages 4-12, and believe our children are gifts from God. Mar Yosip Children's Ministry is focused on promoting the mission and vision of the ministry, through activities and initiatives that support its current and future children.

The call of the Lord to the ‘children of Nineveh’ is to come to love and serve HIM, and to take their part in the holy and apostolic Church of their forefathers, which is the ark of salvation founded upon the unshakable rock who is our Lord Jesus Christ. If you are a newcomer or a visitor to Mar Yosip Church, please know that our hearts are open to you and your children! And while it is our hope that this website will help you learn more about Mar Yosip Children's Ministry and our programs, we hope you will personally bring your children to the events and activities we host throughout the year. You will discover an ancient yet dynamic faith, a welcoming Christian family, and a spiritual home in which you can deepen your relationship with Christ.

Last Sunday, we had the beautiful blessing of our students as we prepare to begin another school year. 📚✏️🙏

A special thank you to Fr. John for blessing our children and praying over them as they begin this new chapter. May God guide their steps, give them wisdom and courage, surround them with good friends and teachers, and keep them safe throughout the year.

Praying for a school year filled with learning, growth, friendship, and countless blessings. May our children always remember to carry their faith with them wherever they go.

Thank you all for volunteering at VBS this year!

We are so grateful for the time, energy, and love you poured into serving our children throughout the week. From organizing, setting up and decorating, to leading activities, encouraging campers, cleaning up, and taking everything down, your willingness to jump in wherever needed made a lasting impact on everyone who helped and attended.

Thank you for choosing to spend part of your summer serving others and helping our children grow in their faith. Your dedication, flexibility, and servant hearts helped make this week a joyful, meaningful, and memorable experience for all.

What an incredible week of VBS!

We are so grateful to our amazing campers for bringing their energy, curiosity, and joy each day as they learned more about God's love and grew in their faith. Seeing their smiles, laughter, and friendships blossom was truly a blessing.

And to our incredible volunteers—thank you for your servant hearts, dedication, patience, and countless hours of hard work. Your willingness to lead, teach, and care for our campers made this week possible and left a lasting impact on so many lives.
