Lojong, or Tibetan mind training practices, enable us to stay strong and positive in how we face the challenges of life. Through training our minds, we can transform any negative circumstance into an opportunity to develop love, compassion and understanding. -- from the Berzin Archives (studybuddhism.com).

This class on Mind Training or Lo Jong will focus on nine texts from the 43 contained in this new Collection on Mind Training translated by Geshe Thupten Jinpa. Geshe Legtsok has selected these specific texts from this collection for study, review and reflection. The classes will be on Zoom with three in-person days of meditation and reflection with Geshe Legtsok at Tse Chen Ling Center.
