That's a wrap on our time in Rainforest Falls!! We spent the week exploring the nature of God thru scripture, music, games, science, and fun. We learned that God created everything, God knows everything, that God is our safe place, God's love is faithful, and that God stays with us forever. We also spent the week watching for God in our lives. We had so much fun and can't wait until next year!!

“Christian tradition has always considered Sts. Peter and Saint Paul to be inseparable: indeed, together, they represent the whole Gospel of Christ.” (Pope Benedict XVI)

Today we celebrate two pillars of the Catholic faith. St Peter, originally a fisherman, was chosen by Jesus to be the leader of the Apostles. He represents the Church's institutional stability, unity, and pastoral authority. As the first Pope, he holds the "keys of the kingdom". St. Paul persecuted Christians until he had a radical conversion on the road to Damascus. He represents missionary outreach, evangelization, and the intellectual expansion of the faith to the Gentiles.

We are so blessed to celebrate two of our very own as they continue their vocation discernment by entering the seminary....

Today we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ also known as Corpus Christi. Today we had a beautiful Eucharist procession around our parish. We were able to spend time in adoration with our Lord and Savior.

Thank you to everyone that helped with this years procession.
