Some pain follows you long after the moment has passed.

It shows up in the quiet.

In the overthinking.

In the fear.

In those moments when it feels difficult to fully relax.

But you don't have to hide any of that from Jesus.

He already sees what you've been carrying.

He sees the parts of your story that still hurt.

He sees the moments when you're tired of being strong.

And He isn't asking you to clean everything up before you come to Him.

**You can bring Him the heavy parts too.**

So take one slow breath today.

Turn your heart toward Jesus.

You don't have to carry this moment by yourself.

Take what you need from this… and leave the rest. ❤️

You're not alone.

Some memories don't have to carry a lesson.

Sometimes they're simply little moments that make us smile when we remember someone we loved. ❤️

Grateful for the moments we had with Big Boy.

When you've spent years watching for danger, rest may not come easily.

Part of you stays alert.

Listening.

Preparing.

Wondering what might happen next.

You may even feel like if you stop watching, something will go wrong.

But Psalm 23 gives us a beautiful picture of what it means to be cared for by the Good Shepherd.

**The sheep can rest because the Shepherd remains watchful.**

Jesus is still with you.

You don't have to anticipate every problem.

You don't have to prepare for every possibility.

And you don't have to carry the responsibility of keeping everything under control.

For this moment, you can stop guarding everything.

Breathe.

Stay close to Jesus.

Let your heart become quiet in His presence.

**The Shepherd is still standing.**

And while you rest, He is still watching over you.

Take what you need from this… and leave the rest. ❤️

You're not alone.

Sometimes joy isn't found in the big moments.

Sometimes it's simply being present enough to notice the little ones.

A look.

A smile.

A moment of connection.

Don't move so quickly that you miss them.

When people have hurt you, you may have learned a powerful survival lesson:

**Don't need anyone.**

Handle it yourself.

Stay guarded.

Don't let anybody get too close.

Maybe that helped you through a season when trusting someone didn't feel safe.

But you were never meant to carry everything alone.

Jesus never asked you to heal by yourself.

Sometimes the green meadow He leads you toward looks like quiet time in prayer.

Sometimes it looks like a safe person who will listen.

Sometimes it's a counselor who can help you work through what you've carried.

And sometimes it's simply finding the courage to say, **“I need help.”**

Receiving help isn't weakness.

It doesn't mean you've failed.

It may be one of the ways your Shepherd is caring for you.

You don't have to carry everything today.

Let Jesus show you what you can put down—and where it's safe to receive help.

Take what you need from this… and leave the rest. ❤️

You're not alone.

There is something beautiful about love that gives room.

Big Boy stepped away.

Nobody forced him back.

And then he chose to return. ❤️

Patience doesn't always demand the next step.

Sometimes it simply leaves room for it.

When you've been hurt, uncertainty can feel frightening.
Your mind wants answers.
Why did this happen?
What's going to happen next?
How am I supposed to fix this?
And sometimes the harder you search for answers, the more exhausted you become.
But there are moments when Jesus doesn't give you the whole explanation.
Instead, He gives you something else.
His presence.
You don't have to understand everything that's happened to know that He is with you.
You don't have to figure out tomorrow before you can trust Him today.
And you don't have to solve your whole life in one moment.
Some answers may come later.
Some things may take time to understand.
But right now, Jesus is here.
Stay close to Him.
Take the next step you can see.
And let His presence be enough for this moment.
Take what you need from this… and leave the rest. ❤️
You're not alone.

Even when the storm rages on, God’s peace stands unshaken. No matter what you’re facing, you’re never alone—His presence brings calm in the chaos. Let’s trust the Shepherd together and choose faith over fear.

The storm may rage, but it can’t silence God’s promise.

When the winds howled and fear crept in, Jesus stood unshaken—because He knew the destination was secure. The noise around you doesn’t have the power to rewrite what God has already spoken over your life.

Let faith rise above the fear. Hold tight to His word, even when the waves are crashing. God’s promise is greater than any storm you face. 🌊✨
