This is your friendly reminder to put your phone down on it's charger this week and go charge yourself in God's word, in worship, in prayer, and in godly community. The Lord meets us when we are still, when we put aside the busyness, even if it looks good, and just sit at His feet and listen.
"Mary, sat at the Lord’s feet, listening to what he taught. But Martha was distracted by the big dinner she was preparing. She came to Jesus and said, “Lord, doesn’t it seem unfair to you that my sister just sits here while I do all the work? Tell her to come and help me.” But the Lord said to her, “My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details! There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her.” - Luke 10:39-42

THE MOST IMPORTANT SERVICE OF THE MONTH IS THIS SUNDAY! Gather with us in worship, prayer, and intercession over our families, our lives, our nation, and our culture. God is going to move in POWERFUL ways and we can't wait to see what He does! This Sunday, June 7 at 6PM in Rocklin.

When the enemy attacks us, God redeems that for our good. To MULTIPLY us and to prepare us for what is coming 🙌

Sometimes following God feels like having less than you started with. You're finally ready to serve, ready to obey, ready to step into what God has called you to do. And then the resources aren't there, or the opportunity changes. God will sometimes remove what we were relying on so we can discover what we've been missing all along: complete dependence on Him. The victory He wants to bring in your life can't be explained by your talent, your connections, your finances, or your strength. It has to point back to HIM. 🙏
So if you're in a season where the assignment remains but the resources seem smaller, don't assume God has abandoned the call. Sometimes faith looks like making bricks without straw. And sometimes that's exactly where God does His greatest work.

You can know all the right Christian words and still quietly rely on yourself more than God. 💯One of the clearest signs of self-reliance is exhaustion. Constant pressure to prove yourself. Constant fear of failing. Constant need to appear “okay.” But grace was never something you earned by looking spiritual enough. God responds to surrendered hearts, not polished performances. Christianity was never meant to be “look how good I am.” It has always been “look how good God is.”

This week, practice dependence on God in small, real ways:
1. Pray before reacting.
2. Read God’s Word for direction, not just information.
3. Admit when you’re weak instead of pretending everything’s okay.
4. Trust God’s grace.
5. Serve people with love, not to impress others.

"Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. “So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today." - Matthew 9:33-34

"Come and see what our God has done, what awesome miracles he performs for people! He made a dry path through the Red Sea, and his people went across on foot. There we rejoiced in him. For by his great power he rules forever. He watches every movement of the nations; let no rebel rise in defiance. Let the whole world bless our God and loudly sing his praises. Our lives are in his hands, and he keeps our feet from stumbling." - Psalms 66:5-9
