Hate when I have to be a strong, independent woman and catch a baby lizard while my husband is at work.
My sister is for sure judging me if she sees me be a spaz about this. But this is a huge improvement from my reaction from the lizard I had to catch last year.
We first saw this lizard about two weeks ago but when my husband was going to attempt catching him, my son accidentally scared him behind the washer and dryer. There was one other close catch the day before this, but again, my son interrupted the trapping process. I was surprised to find the lizard again so soon, but this time my son would not be able to foil my plan.
When I discovered him this time, I was on a time crunch because I had banana bread muffins in the oven with 8 minute timer. The time pressure probably helped me get the job done sooner 😅 And I did it in exactly 8 minutes because the timer went off right when I went outside 😂
No lizards were harmed in the making of this reel 🦎
