On Sunday, July 5, the Mount Harmony Baptist Church family was blessed by a powerful and timely message from Rev. Derrick Doyle titled “The Faithful Few,” taken from Judges 7:1–7.

Through the story of Gideon, we were reminded that God will purge before He promotes! Sometimes God has to remove human effort from the equation so there can be no question about where the victory came from. He may limit the size of your camp just to magnify how BIG He is!

Rev. Doyle reminded us that God will stretch us beyond our place of comfort and sometimes create situations that reveal who in our camp is truly solid. Everybody may not be able to go where God is taking you—but God doesn’t need a crowd. He can do extraordinary things through the faithful few!

We thank Rev. Derrick Doyle for sharing a SOLID WORD with the MHBC family! May we continue to trust God through the pruning, the stretching, and the process—knowing that when God is in it, a faithful few are more than enough! 🙏🏾💚

Yesterday at Mount Harmony Baptist Church, we were blessed by a powerful and encouraging message from Rev. Derrick Wilcox, who preached from Psalm 23:1–6 and reminded us of one simple but life-changing truth: GOD’S GOT YOU! 🙌🏾

Trust God with all your heart—He has never failed! Problems, trials, and difficult situations may come, but they cannot defeat us or overtake us because God’s got us! There’s PROVISION, PROTECTION, & a PROMISE.

Rev. Wilcox also shared some H.O.T. moments—Honest, Open, and Transparent—reminding us that no matter where we’ve been or what we’ve faced, God’s grace and mercy are available to us all.

So we keep moving forward in faith. We keep trusting. We keep believing. Why? Because God has our back!

What a powerful reminder for the week ahead: Whatever comes your way, remember—GOD’S GOT YOU! 🙏🏾🔥
