Educate • Empower • Encourage • Connect

At **Ahava Outreach Ministries**, we believe community wellness begins with knowledge, support, connection, and access to helpful information and resources.**

Our Wellness Wednesdays provide a welcoming and supportive space for our community to come together, learn about important health and wellness topics, hear real-life experiences, ask questions, and become better informed about caring for themselves and their families.

Throughout the year, we address topics such as cancer awareness, mental and emotional wellness, domestic violence awareness, preventive care, healthy living, family advocacy, and other issues that impact our community.

Our mission is to educate without judgment, empower through knowledge, encourage healthier choices, connect individuals with resources, and remind our community that no one has to navigate life's challenges alone.**

Light refreshments will be served.
