THIS SUNDAY AT SAINT CECILIA'S ROUND TOP!

Join us this Sunday, September 6th, at either 8:45 a.m. or 10:45 a.m. for an inspiring hour of worship as we celebrate Labor Day and our individual callings in the Kingdom of God! Joey, Anna, and Stephen will share some moving music appropriate for Labor Day including The Indigo Girls Hammer and a Nail, the stirring Anglican Hymn Come Labor On, All Good Gifts from the musical Godspell, Ben Harper's With My Own Two Hands, Gungor's Beautiful Things, the oft-covered classic Hard Times Come Again No More, and the contemporary Marty Haugen Hymn All Are Welcome (Let Us Build a House). Father Bill's sermon is titled "Bob the Talking Dog" or "We're Hiring" or "Art by any Other Name Would Still Be as Beautiful." We hope to see you this Sunday, September 6th. A Priest, a Musician, and a Dog Walk into a Bar... and Discover They're on a Mission from God!

Divine Encounters That Make Tails Wag and Spirits Soar - From Round Top, Texas to Magnolia Springs, Alabama. Join Father Bill Miller and Joey McGee as they reflect on their recent 16-day creative mission trip called The Howlelujah Tour throughout the South, and its implications for what Mission Means for each of us-- at Saint Cecilia's and Beyond! There were so many "God-moments" they experienced on this Tour. Come and hear just a few of their powerful stories.

How is God calling you to offer your unique gifts, passions and perspectives to share the good news with others? Come and be inspired to "go into all the world" and, through your own creative offerings, change the world in the name of Christ! We are proud of Fr Bill, Joey and Mystic for sharing just a bit of our Saint Cecilia's magic with so many seekers across the southern states. What a difference they made, and what a difference each of us can make when we follow the Spirit's leading.

THIS SUNDAY AT SAINT CECILIA'S ROUND TOP!

Join us this Sunday at either 8:45 and 10:45 AM as we welcome our very own Marsha Smith as our preacher. Marsha's sermon is titled "Just Dirt" or "Holy Ground—Didn’t See That Coming" or "When Flying Monkeys Show Up". Father Bill Miller will officiate and our wonderful musicians, Joey, Stephen and Anna are back sharing the inspirational hymn, "Wherever He Leads I'll Go"; classic worship song, "Holy Ground"; Carol King's "Where You Lead", and the beloved "Somewhere Over The Rainbow (Harold Arlen /Yip Harburg). Join us for this special Sunday!

Everyone within fifty miles of Round Top loves and appreciates Marsha and David Smith! But in case you're new:

In 2019, after a 30 plus year love affair with Round Top, Marsha Smith and her husband, David, left the pressured pace of corporate life to fulfill their dream of calling Round Top, Texas home. Thinking they would “retire” to Round Top, little did they know, God had other plans. Marsha and David opened Cottonseed Trading Company, an antique and home decor store located in Round Top Village in 2020 and have had the joy of seeing both the business and their ministry there grow and thrive. Marsha and David began attending Saint Cecilia’s almost four years ago and quickly knew this was the church home for which they had been they longing. Having grown up in the Southern Baptist church, Marsha accepted Christ as Savior at a young age, however, it wasn’t until she was 25 that she actually surrendered her life to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Marsha has a rich history of teaching, writing and church leadership. While she is still getting her “Episcopal legs,” Marsha has a deep and committed love for the Lord, His Word, talking with and listening to God’s leadership in her life through Holy Spirit and a true love for the Body of Christ known as Saint Cecilia’s.

We would move to welcome you to our special community this Sunday!
