PSALM 46: 10.
Amen, Saints of God. God says in his word. Be still, and know that I am God" is a famous biblical verse from *Psalm 46:10,*
It is powerful call to cease striving, find peace in God's presence, and recognize His ultimate power and control, especially amidst chaos, war, and personal struggle, reminding believers to trust in Him rather than their own frantic efforts.
It's interpreted as an instruction to stop fighting (literally or figuratively), to acknowledge God's sovereignty, and to find security in His unchanging nature, even when circumstances are overwhelm. *
God works better when we remain still.* He is the surgeon and we are his patient, for God to work the best work on us we must remain still.
He had to put Adam to sleep. He could not have made Eve while Adam was awake. Adam would've had too many question concerning the developement of Eve. That is why God had to put him into a deep sleep. He did not need Adams imput.
God don't need our imput, we need to shut up and be still for he is God, he knows just what he is doing and he knows just what's best for us.
Let us just try to be still and listen to God so he can do his work through us. Sometime we just have too much to say, when God wants us to be quiet and remain still.
When was the last time that you remain still and listen to God so that he could work on you, or did God have to put you into a deep near death sleep like he did with Adam, to keep you quiet and out of the picture so he could work on you?
Are you awake now? What did God said to you when you were still? Or are you still asleep? *Be still God said I need to talk with you.!* Much love in Christ Jesus always. Pastor Elijah G Cooper. M.F.H W. C.
