Our fire district family is deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Lindsey, the beloved girlfriend of one of our firefighters, who passed away following a devastating car accident.
While Lindsey was not a member of our fire district, she was someone incredibly important to one of our own. In the fire service, the people our members love become part of our family, too. We celebrate the good times together, stand beside one another through the difficult times, and grieve together when one of our own is hurting.
During this incredibly difficult time, we ask our community to keep Lindsey, her family and friends, and our firefighter and his loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked those wishing to honor Lindsey’s memory to consider donating to The Yard Foundation.
