What a day. ❤️

Today we celebrated Intergenerational Sunday, and it was such a beautiful reminder of what the church is meant to be.

Our kids joined us in the service, participated in meaningful ways, and learned right alongside the adults. There’s something special about seeing multiple generations worship, pray, laugh, and grow together in the same room.

We don’t believe kids are just the church of tomorrow—they’re the church of today. And today was a powerful picture of that truth.

After the service, we gathered around tables for our potluck and enjoyed one of our favorite things: simply being together. Conversations were shared, friendships were strengthened, and new connections were made.

We’re grateful for every person who brought food, served, participated, and made today so special. Days like today remind us that church is more than a service we attend—it’s a family we belong to.

🎉 Tomorrow is an exciting Sunday at CityHope!

Not only is it Potluck Sunday, but it’s also Intergenerational Sunday! That means our kids will be joining us in the service for a unique worship experience as we learn, grow, and celebrate together as one church family.

The service will feel familiar, but we’ve made a few special adjustments to help people of all ages engage with God’s Word together. We believe the church is at its best when generations worship side by side—learning from one another and growing in faith together.

After the service, stick around for our potluck! Bring a dish to share (if you’re able), and enjoy a great meal and conversation with your church family.

We can’t wait to see you tomorrow at 10:30 AM. It’s going to be a special day! ❤️

Today we’re celebrating someone who brings so much joy, care, and passion to CityHope — Happy Birthday, Carmen! 🎉

Carmen serves our kids, students, families, and volunteers with such a genuine love for people and for Jesus. Week after week she pours her heart into creating spaces where the next generation can grow, belong, and encounter God in meaningful ways.

Her creativity, leadership, encouragement, and servant heart make our church better in countless ways, and we are so grateful for her.

Carmen, we pray this year is filled with deep joy, fresh strength, laughter, and reminders of how loved and appreciated you are. Thank you for all you do for CityHope and for the Kingdom.
