Good morning South Fork Church family & friends, We would like to bless our sister Kathy & her husband Mike with some meals. She had surgery 10 days ago but slipped on her stairs yesterday so now this has added to her pain & recovery time!

Kathy has reached out for help with meals for her & Mike as she is recovering from back surgery. She then had a fall down her stairs after surgery! Please pray 🙏🏼 for her recovery & healing! ❤️‍🩹

We begin our new Summer series this Sunday as we journey through the Sermon on the Mount. In it, Jesus gives us instructions on living the best kind of life: one that is more worried about who we are. He describes it as living the narrow path and having a house built on a firm foundation. How do we get on that path that leads to the best kind of life? Let’s talk about it Sunday!

South extends our sympathy to Bonnie Cutler upon the death of her husband Mark. Mark died suddenly and unexpectedly on Friday, May 22nd. Here is a link to Mark’s Obituary which contains information about his services this Sunday.

In Search of Mulchers
What is a mulcher? Anyone willing to help spread a few dozen bags of mulch on our newly planted terrace at the front of the building. We’ll plan to do so on Friday afternoon, May 29th at 3:00 pm (when the shade invades the space.) It should take about an hour, just show up if you’re willing and able to lend a hand.

Congrats Grads! Last Sunday we got to celebrate Emma, Mason, and Clare on their college and High School Graduations. We pray that God continues to guide them though their upcoming adventures in life ⛪️✝️

Upcoming message:
We are all seeking after the good life. But what even is the good life? Our minds might jump to getting promotions at work, or going on golf trips, or fully funded IRAs or just sitting in the backyard and taking in nature (minus the mosquitos of course). That may be a picture of the good life, but is it the best life? Is there something more to this life? Jesus certainly seems to think so. In His sermon on the mount, Jesus lays out the way of living the best life. It's surprising to us as it’s less about what we do or what we have, the best life is all about who we are.
