This coming Sunday evening, please come and pray with us on the Auburn square! From 6-7pm. We will be praying that the churches of Auburn can fully partner with Jesus and be "the light of the world." We will be asking that the Lord would soften hearts and bring about a spirit of repentance in our community. As well, our two other stations will consist of praying for personal holiness ("Be holy as I am Holy" - 1 Peter 1:16), and for protection over families and the Auburn community at large.

Yesterday, over 100 vases of flowers were dropped off at the local schools as a way of showing appreciation to our teachers and secretaries as they prepare for one of most important privileges and responsibilties: educating our youth!

LORD Jesus, may the children and teachers overflow with love and compassion for each other as they set out to learn and grow in wisdom.

At ACC, we have been calling 2026 "A Year of Blessing", that is, we are wanting to stoop down and give gifts to the community. Luke 14:13-14 and Numbers 6:24 have been the texts that have inspired this for us, (along with the Holy Spirit's prompting).
So, we wanted to try to give a gift to local families by creating a fun evening for kids and letting the parents have a few hours of free time. Our evening was "field-day" themed, and despite the heat, the kids enjoyed themselves.
Praise be to the LORD for the space and time to enjoy an evening together with these fun kids!

A motley crew from ACC helped pitch old furniture, assemble new furniture, and do some organizing at the Auburn public library as they repaint and make some improvements! Very grateful for these servants and for the updated library!

Over the summer, a couple from ACC have been growing all sorts of flowers on their property. In a couple of weeks, a group will be cutting and putting the flowers in vases for teachers and secretaries to enjoy when they return to school in August.

Here's one more fun event for the community before the summer is over! May this be a blessing to several families as we enjoy lots of "field day" games with the kids, along with dinner and dessert on August 8th. Free, but sign-up required!

Summer Camp 2026!
"Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you." -Eph 4:32.

We had several lessons on Forgiveness, including Jesus' parable of the unmerciful servant, the prodigal Son, his appeal to the Father to forgive those who "don't know what they are doing." As well as stories about Corrie Ten Boom, Ruby Bridges, and two brothers reconciling with each other.
We enjoyed a night of worship, games, snacks, and plenty of fun activities, including:

Golf
Painting
Sewing
Cake Baking and Decorating
Making Pizzas, gingerbread cookies, monkey bread
Woodworking
Marshmallow shooters/Slingshots
Scavenger Hunt
Several sensory stations, songs and outside time for preschoolers.

Thanks to all who helped with it, and for all the students who attended. One of our best Summer Camps ever!
