â¤ď¸ A Fatherâs Day Message from Calvary Hill Baptist Church â¤ď¸
As we celebrate Fatherâs Day, weâre reminded of the beautiful picture God gives us of His love:
âJust as a father loves his children, so the Lord loves those who fear Him [with reverence, worship, and awe].â
Psalm 103:13 (AMP)
Today we honor the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, foster fathers, mentors, and godly men who faithfully love, lead, protect, and serve their families. Your influence reaches farther than you may ever know.
Here in Ripley, Halls, Gates, and throughout Lauderdale County, we are blessed by men who work hard, serve their communities, coach ball teams, teach their children, support their churches, and quietly make a lasting difference every day.
But Fatherâs Day points us to an even greater truth.
âShe will give birth to a Son, and you shall name Him Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.â
Matthew 1:21 (AMP)
Jesus came so that we could know the love of our Heavenly Father. Matthew tells us that He is ImmanuelâGod with us. God did not remain distant. He came near. He entered our broken world to save us, redeem us, and give us eternal life.
At Calvary Hill Baptist Church, we have been blessed to see God moving in a powerful way. We are thankful for the growth He has given, the lives He is changing, and the hunger for His Word that continues to grow within our church family.
If youâre looking for a church home, we would love for you to join us. Not simply to fill a seat, but to become part of a family of believers who are growing together, serving together, and becoming teachers and proclaimers of Godâs truth in our homes, our workplaces, and our community.
The world doesnât need more opinionsâit needs more people grounded in Godâs Word and willing to share the hope found in Jesus Christ.
Whether youâve been in church your whole life or havenât walked through the doors in years, thereâs a place for you here.
May God bless every father and every family today.
Happy Fatherâs Day from Calvary Hill Baptist Church.
âAs a father loves his children, so the Lord loves those who fear Him.â
Psalm 103:13 (AMP)
