Vivian Webb Smith, 84, of Ripley passed away Friday, May 8, 2026 at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis. A visitation will be held Saturday, May 16 at Garner Funeral Home in Ripley beginning at 12 PM with funeral services to follow at 1 PM. Interment will be in Marys Chapel
